What is the fuel policy for rentals?

The fuel policy is full-to-full, which means you start with a full tank of fuel and refill it before returning the vehicle. You have the option to pay a per-kilometer fee, and we retain the discretion to set the fuel costs.

Can I return the vehicle at a different location?

When selecting a drop-off location, you have the options of our main office at the bus station or Pharos Hotel. Please specify your choice in advance to allow us to prepare. If you are staying near Pharos Hotel, consider it for convenience. The bus station is about 500 meters from the harbor and may be more suitable if you are heading that way.

Are there age restrictions for renting vehicles?

Drivers of any age can rent vehicles with a valid license for the vehicle type. However, for drivers under 21, the deposit amount increases based on the vehicle and rental agency's terms.

Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?

A credit card is required to rent a vehicle with us. A preauthorization hold will be placed on the card for the duration of the rental and released upon its completion.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners.

Please note: We do not accept prepaid cards, Electron cards, travel cards, Visa Electron, or Maestro.

Is it possible to rent a scooter without previous experience?

Yes, due to the nature of two-wheeled vehicles, some prior experience with scooters is essential for safe operation. Operating a scooter safely requires more than just one or two trial runs; proficiency and confidence in handling are crucial, especially on the busy roads during high season.

What license category do I need to operate a quad?

To operate a quad you must present a valid B category license, or its equivalent. We will verify that it meets the required standard for equivalence in your country.
